Defendant Shirley Cleman was originally charged with six counts of grand larceny by check and one count of aiding and abetting grand larceny by check. After a trial by jury defendant was convicted of four counts of grand larceny by check and one count of aiding and abetting grand larceny by check and she now appeals that conviction.
