MEMORANDUM OPINION

GRADY, District Judge.

In early 1977, defendant Monks Pub erected an outdoor sign advertising "Monkburgers" in which the "M" resembles the plaintiff McDonald's famous "golden arches" and which contains the slogan "Less than 25 billion sold." Plaintiff has filed this action claiming trademark infringement, unfair competition, dilution, deceptive trade practices and consumer fraud. Defendants have moved to dismiss all counts for failure...
