Moses L. Annenberg died July 20, 1942, leaving a will dated May 24, 1940, and a codicil dated July 7, 1942, which were admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Philadelphia County, who granted letters testamentary to decedent's son, Walter H. Annenberg, the executor and trustee named in the will.
