This is a proceeding under section 298 of the Executive Law by which petitioners seek to annul the determination of the State Human Rights Appeal Board dated July 29, 1976 which reversed an order of the Commissioner of the State Division of Human Rights. We hold that on this record the State Human Rights Appeal Board erred in reversing the State Division of Human Rights.
