MOYLAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Nelle W. Murray died on August 13, 1975, at the Baltimore County General Hospital, where she had been taken two weeks earlier. She was 82 years of age. She had no children. The closest remaining relatives were second cousins.

On August 22, the appellant, Risque W. Plummer, who had been Mrs. Murray's lawyer for some 25 years, submitted for judicial probate a conformed carbon copy of a Last Will and Testament executed...
