Appellant Helfrich brought this negligence action for personal injuries. Respondent Brasington denied any acts of negligence on its part and alleged that Helfrich was solely and contributorily negligent. During the course of the trial the judge charged the jury that Section 46-483 of the 1962 Code was applicable to vehicles such as that operated by Helfrich. Subject to certain exceptions...
