The plaintiff, John Fedorchick, brought this diversity action to recover for personal injuries suffered in an accident involving a crawler loader manufactured by defendant, Massey-Ferguson, Inc. ("Massey-Ferguson").1 Presently before the Court are Massey-Ferguson's motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial.
