By bill of information the district attorney for Orleans Parish, in three separate counts, charged the defendant, Nathan Ballansaw, with procuring, receiving and concealing property which had been the subject of thefts, under circumstances which indicated that the defendant knew and had good reason to believe that the property was the subject of the thefts. The defendant moved to suppress evidence which had been seized in the execution of the warrant...
