This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the plaintiffs in a suit on a promissory note.

The defendant Boxwood Corp. issued the note to Berry & Freyer Land Co., a partnership which has since dissolved and whose sole partners were the plaintiffs, Robin Berry and Fred Freyer.
