Godfrey for the purpose of testing the constitutionality of sec. 17.026, Stats., ch. 332, Laws of 1975, and the authority of Robert H. Gollmar to assume the duties of circuit judge of the Twenty-sixth Judicial Circuit, pursuant to the appointment of the Chief Justice in accordance with the provisions of that statute.
