This appeal has been taken from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the referee's setting aside a final receipt and awarding compensation for partial disability to Frederick Eltonhead (claimant). The appellants here, Strickland Transportation Corporation (Strickland) and its insurance carrier, have argued that the Board's decision was erroneous as a matter of law because it did not disapprove...
