This case arose in a suit filed by plaintiffs/appellants for a declaratory judgment determining the validity of certain deed covenants providing for the payment of maintenance fees. Plaintiffs particularly assailed the duration of this covenant in that it violated the rule enunciated by this court in Henthorn v. Tri Par Land Development Corp., 221 So.2d 465 (Fla. 2d DCA 1969).
