DeWayne F. Hall was charged by bill of information with armed robbery in violation of La.R.S. 14:64. At the time of the commission of the offense, defendant was sixteen years of age. Pursuant to La. R.S. 13:1571.1, et seq., he was transferred from the juvenile court to the criminal district court for trial as an adult.1 After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty as charged and was sentenced to serve five
