The Columbia County Board of Public Instruction petitions for review of an order of the Public Employees Relations Commission finding the Board committed an unfair labor practice, in violation of Section 447.501(1)(a) and (b), Florida Statutes (1975),1 by not rehiring Jack W. Adams because of Adams' union activity. PERC ordered Adams reinstated with full back pay.
