Defendant Sam Edward Denmark was convicted on August 25, 1975, in Grand Traverse County Circuit Court of first-degree criminal sexual conduct contrary to MCLA 750.520b(1)(b); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b). On September 5, 1975, he was sentenced to serve from 2 to 15 years in prison and was credited with 82 days spent in county jail prior to sentencing. He appeals as of right.
