This is a petition for certiorari brought by the Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security (the board) and the Director of the Department of Employment Security (the director) seeking review of a Superior Court judgment which reversed the board's decision and ruled that the claimant was not disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits.
