Lockerman, sustained injuries as the result of an accident which occurred on April 5, 1973, while she was serving as a petit juror in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. The sole issue before us on this appeal is whether a juror is an employee within the contemplation of the Workmen's Compensation Act, Md. Code (1957, 1964 Repl. Vol., 1976 Cum.
