Defendant was charged in two counts with possession of heroin and possession of marijuana. (Health & Saf. Code, §§ 11350, 11357.) The trial court dismissed all charges upon the People's refusal to disclose the name of the confidential informant, and the People appeal. (Pen. Code, § 1238, subd. (a)(8).)1
