Plaintiff was a passenger in a truck, owned by his employer and operated by another employee, which was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Ohio. The plaintiff received serious personal injuries and the uninsured motorist was killed. Plaintiff obtained a judgment for $35,000.00 against the estate of the uninsured motorist.
