McCOWN, Justice.
The defendant was convicted of the offense of operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension, second offense. The mandatory sentence of 180 days in jail and suspension of driver's license for 2 years was imposed by the municipal court. On appeal to the District Court the judgment and sentence were affirmed.
