Appeal is taken from judgment of sentence (2 1/2 years' probation) rendered following non-jury trial and adjudication of guilty of riot.1 "Crimes Code", Act of 1972, Dec. 6, P.L. 1482, No. 334, 18 Pa. C.S. § 5501. This appeal involves only one of five defendants below.
