Before the court are defendant's preliminary objections. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania instituted this action pursuant to the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law of December 17, 1968, P.L. 1224, 73 P.S. §201-1 et seq., as amended and reenacted by the Act of November 24, 1976, P.L. 1166. The complaint contains two causes of action.
