In July 1973, the appellee, John J. Justus, Jr., sustained an accidental injury to his right leg (knee) arising out of and in the course of his employment with the appellant, The Bullis School. Proceedings before the Workmen's Compensation Commission resulted in an award for permanent partial disability ("50% loss of use of the right leg (knee)").
