Defendants raise 11 issues in their1 appeal by right from jury trial convictions for armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, assault with intent to commit murder, MCLA 750.83; MSA 28.278, and carrying firearms with intent to use them unlawfully against the person of another, MCLA 750.226; MSA 28.423.

These charges, and two others dismissed before submission to the jury, arose out of the robbery and shooting of Jack...
