FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This is an action challenging the constitutionality of Chapter 98.00, "Abortions", of the Revised Code of Ordinances of the City of Youngstown.1 Plaintiff seeks declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201 and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The case has been submitted to the Court for resolution of the constitutional issues
