Plaintiff sued for work, labor and materials furnished for the construction of defendants' home in Braintree, Vermont. The defendants entered two counterclaims to the action. The second counterclaim alleged a breach of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use in the installing of an inadequate septic system.
