Appellant, Lee Ervin Polk, was indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Jefferson Davis County for the crime of the sale of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary. From this conviction and sentence he appeals. We affirm.
