PER CURIAM.

This cause is before us upon petition of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for an advisory opinion concerning the validity of Chapter 77-63, Laws of Florida,1 and its applicability to the Board. At the urging of this Court the Attorney General has filed a response to the petition. We have jurisdiction under Article V, Section 15, Florida Constitution.2
