Petitioners, Franz Glen, George Evankovich, and Joseph P. Mazzola, were held in contempt of court on June 21, 1976, for violating a preliminary injunction issued by the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco on April 12, 1976; each was sentenced to serve five days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $500. Each petitions this Court to issue writs of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241...
