This is an appeal from an order of the State Bar Grievance Board revoking the decision of Hearing Panel Number 11 that the complaint against the respondent should be dismissed, revoking respondent's license to practice law.

Respondent was disbarred in 1963. In 1972 his petition for reinstatement was referred to State Bar Hearing Panel Number 19 (Wayne County). After taking testimony and hearing argument, that panel ordered respondent reinstated...
