OPINION

KINGSLEY, J.

Defendant appeals from a judgment of the superior court, entered on his plea of guilty. He was granted a certificate of probable cause to enable him to raise, in this court, the issue of the jurisdiction of the superior court to act on an indictment charging him with conspiracy to sell narcotics and the sale of narcotics. We conclude that the superior court had jurisdiction to proceed on the indictment.
