The plaintiff, Gertrude Svenson, filed in a Probate Court, pursuant to G.L.c. 231A, § 1, a petition seeking a declaration of her rights as a beneficiary of the trust created by clause fourteenth of the will of Agnes A. Logan (testatrix). The plaintiff also contested the petitions filed by the trustee under the will, the bank, for the allowance of its accounts numbered seventeen through twenty.
