Appellant, Sheldon Beck, is before the Court on an appeal from the State Bar Grievance Board's affirmance of a two-year suspension of his privilege to practice law, ordered by the hearing panel.

Mr. Beck was charged with four counts of professional misconduct, two of which were dismissed by the panel after a hearing. As to the remaining two counts, it was found that Mr. Beck violated Canon 6, DR 6-101(A)...
