By petition for a writ of certiorari, United States Steel Corporation has asked us to reverse an order of the Industrial Relations Commission approving a finding of permanent total disability and an award of attorney's fees in the amount of $13,000. For the reasons expressed below, we grant the petition1 and reverse both determinations of the Commission.
