Edward LaValle Duncan appeals his conviction of aggravated robbery. At the time of the alleged crime the appellant was 17. After a referral hearing and order for prosecution as an adult pursuant to Minn.St. 260.125, the case was tried to a jury in Ramsey County District Court.
