JACOBS, Judge:

The facts in this case are uncontroverted. On June 10, 1974, at approximately 5:30 p.m., a twelve year old girl and her 10 year old male playmate were playing in a vacant lot in Philadelphia when they were accosted by a young black male who threatened the children and ordered the little girl to remove her undergarments. He thereupon committed various sexual acts — vaginal, rectal and oral, upon the girl's person. The children reported the crime...
