Judgment of separation was rendered at trial on February 7, 1977. The judgment was signed on February 10, 1977. Appellant did not make a motion for appeal nor furnish an appeal bond until March 29, 1977, which was not timely. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 3942.

Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed.
