Defendant was charged with kidnapping, MCLA 750.349; MSA 28.581. A jury found defendant guilty as charged and he now appeals by right.

Complainant, a prostitute, testified that late in the evening of December 8, 1974, defendant solicited her services near a bus stop at Woodward and Six Mile in Detroit. Complainant voluntarily entered defendant's car and they drove to a less conspicuous location. When they arrived there, defendant drew a knife...
