Plaintiff-Intervenor, Plymouth Place, Inc., filed a suit against defendants seeking to enjoin the collection of any real estate taxes levied against plaintiff's property for tax years 1970 through 1975. In Count I plaintiff requested that the court find and declare that all plaintiff's property was exempt from taxation on the grounds that plaintiff is a charitable institution...
