This appeal is from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County holding valid and enforceable a written contract between the Xenia Board of Education and its teachers, represented by the Xenia Education Association, which provides that when an impasse is reached in negotiations for a new yearly employment contract the issues must be submitted to arbitration.
