This action was brought for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff Jon Kulhanjian (hereinafter plaintiff). It was tried in the Wayne County Circuit Court and a jury returned a verdict in which they found defendant Detroit Edison Co. (hereinafter defendant) guilty of gross, wilful and wanton misconduct and breach of warranty. Damages were assessed at $1,000,000 for plaintiff and $16,000 for plaintiff...
