Following an adjudicatory hearing, respondent was found to be delinquent for committing the offense of aggravated assault in violation of section 12-2(a)(3) of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 12-2(a)(3)), adjudged a ward of the court, and placed on probation for six months. She contends the trial court abused its discretion by denying her motion for a continuance...
