OPINION BY JUDGE WILKINSON, JR., June 2, 1977:

This case involves an appeal by the Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County refusing to place certain conditions on the tentative approval of appellee's planned residential development (PRD). We affirm.
