Appellant was convicted by a jury of simple assault,1 false imprisonment,2 and criminal conspiracy to kidnap.3 In this appeal, he contends that the lower court erred in denying his motion to suppress his prior convictions.4 We agree and, therefore, reverse the judgment of sentence...
