Appellant was indicted by a grand jury on three counts: (1) The robbery of Lucy Thomas, (2) the robbery of Charles Jones and (3) the theft of a motor vehicle. In a trial before the court, sitting without a jury, he was found not guilty of theft of a motor vehicle but guilty of the aggravated assault of Lucy Thomas and the aggravated assault of Charles Jones.
