This is an original proceeding for disciplinary action against Attorney David I. Kali. Respondent was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1969 and practices in Tucson. The Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona recommends to this Court, pursuant to Rule 36(d), Rules of the Supreme Court, that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years based upon its Findings and Recommendations...
