Appellant Alan E. Krueger was found guilty of direct criminal contempt in a summary proceeding; he was fined and sentenced to a period of confinement in the Dade County Jail. Krueger, an Assistant State Attorney, had appeared as prosecutor at a hearing on a motion for continuance brought by the defendant in a criminal case.
