Alvin LeRoy Broderson, plaintiff and appellant herein, filed a petition in the Workmen's Compensation Court, alleging that he had suffered a disabling injury in the course of his employment with defendant Federal Chemical Co. In its amended answer, defendant alleged that its liability for plaintiff's injury should be limited to that provided for under subdivision (3) of section 48-121, R.S.Supp., 1972, which sets forth benefits to which employees...
