A Wayne County Circuit Court jury denied plaintiff recovery against defendants General Electric Co. (GE) and Graybar Electric Co. (Graybar) in this action for indemnity or contribution. Prior to the case being submitted to the jury, at the close of plaintiff's proofs, defendant Environmental Designs Associates (Environmental) was granted a directed verdict by the trial judge.
