The defendant was charged with manslaughter, contrary to MCLA 750.321; MSA 28.553, in connection with an automobile accident which occurred on September 7, 1973. The defendant was tried before a jury and was found guilty as charged. He was sentenced to a term of from 2 to 15 years in prison and appeals by right.
